Oval - 1⅛” tall and ¾” wide
There is a blue in high-grade Arizona turquoise that has no equal vivid, saturated, the color of open sky over desert at noon and this stone has it. Water Web turquoise, oval, 1⅛” tall and ¾” wide, its surface crossed by a dark spiderweb matrix that spreads in every direction like cracks in old glaze, like the pattern that only forms when the conditions are exactly right and never twice the same. Set in an oxidized bezel with a segmented border and granulation ball accents, then mounted on a 10mm multi-wire stacked ornamental band polished, substantial, each wire running parallel in a band wide enough to fill the finger and architectural enough to stand on its own. Size 9. The combination of this stone and this band is the kind of thing you wear and do not take off.
