Large Triangular Drop - 1⅞” x 1½” stone · pendant only
There is a particular stillness to the desert in late winter when the trees are bare and the sky is the same vivid teal as the earth beneath them and the light is cold and clear and everything is waiting. This pendant holds that moment. The front is Tyrone turquoise vivid, saturated, threaded with warm gold matrix, 1⅞” tall and 1½” wide, set in a freeform triangular bezel with a twisted rope right border, segmented left border, and a single copper ball accent at the shoulder that catches fire in any light. Then turn it over. The back plate is two-tone sterling silver one half oxidized dark, one half hammered bright with hand-pierced bare branching tree silhouettes rising from the horizon line, a full moon above them, and the turquoise visible through the cutwork below like earth seen through bare branches. The maker’s mark stamped into the silver beside it. This is not a pendant with a decorative back. This is the whole story, told twice.
