Montana agate holds smoke the way amber holds light deep sepia and burnt umber pooling beneath a glassy surface, dark inclusions drifting through like something suspended mid-fall. This one reads almost like an old photograph left too long in the sun, its edges gone soft and warm. Set long in an oval of beaded silver, the stone runs the length of the finger with quiet, smoldering presence. Size 8½, grounded by a hand-hammered band that catches its own light in every uneven facet.
The setting is as considered as the stone. A clean bezel frames the long oval form, while a graduated row of beading runs the full border like river stones set end to end. It's a detail that rewards the close look quiet, deliberate, entirely sure of itself.
