Size 10 on a 5mm Hammered Band
This stone holds two stories at once. One half cream and warm the ancient shell of a spiny oyster pulled from waters that once covered this desert. The other half electric teal Kingman turquoise threaded with gold matrix, sky pressed into earth over millions of years. Together, set in a single round 20mm x 20mm composite cabochon, they meet at a fault line of amber and iron that reads like a horizon at the edge of the world.
Set in oxidized .925 sterling silver with a full hand-twisted rope border, the bezel holds the stone’s dramatic composition without interruption letting the natural divide speak for itself. Below it, a slender 5mm hammered sterling silver band keeps the profile clean and wearable, balancing the stone’s boldness with understated elegance. This ring wears as well with denim as it does with anything else you own.

Shell And Sky - Kingman Turquoise & Spiny Oyster Ring
A note on this stone: the cabochon is a composite two natural materials, spiny oyster and Kingman turquoise, bonded together by a skilled lapidary to create a single unified piece. Both stones are genuine and natural. The composite form is a recognized and celebrated tradition in Southwest lapidary work, allowing the beauty of two rare materials to exist within one setting.
