THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR A PAIR OF EARRINGS!

Teardrop - 1¼” x ¾” stone · 1¾” total length

There is a fire that does not hurry. It does not announce itself or demand attention. It simply burns deep, sustained, and entirely certain of itself. These earrings carry that quality in their stone.

Two perfectly matched Sumatran agate teardrops, each measuring 1¼” x ¾”, hold a color that sits at the dark end of red deep burgundy shading toward garnet, wine-dark and saturated, the color of something ancient and slowly burning. The agate is translucent at its depths, the light entering the stone and finding layers beneath the surface before returning changed. In different light it deepens. In direct sun it glows from within. It is never quite the same stone twice.

The bezel surround on each earring combines two distinct silverwork traditions in a single frame granulation balls running one side of the teardrop, twisted rope running the other a mixed border that is entirely handmade and entirely deliberate. The two textures meet at the tip and at the shoulder of each teardrop in a detail that rewards every close look. Oxidized .925 sterling silver deepens the contrast between the bright silver elements and the dark setting, letting the stone’s color read against shadow rather than light. Sterling lever backs complete the earrings at 1¾” total length with secure, easy wearability.
